Modular Design
Claromentis contains several large modules and many smaller applications, all available as part of the single integrated system.
Each client, and indeed each group of users, can be assigned visual interfaces that present their workplace in a completely optimised and individual manner. This ensures the various applications are only made available to users who need them – ensuring efficiency across the business.
If required certain users can be given a choice of visual interfaces, so that they can work in different ways according to their changing priorities.
Because Claromentis is extendable this modular approach allows further tailoring of the users activity space :
- New web based applications can be launched from the information bar, on a permissioned basis
- New applicatiosn can be written in PHP to sit entirely within Claromentis - without comprimising ongoing support from Claromentis staff in any way.
This access to modules and applications is combined with access to data through the permission systems to provide an optimal user experience for each user.
