Version control of Documents

With Claromentis the maintenance of a revision history of any document is completely automated.

Authorised users can edit check our and work on a document, when they check it back in a new version is automatically created and the revision history is updated. During the editing process other users can still read the previous version, and are aware a new version is being created. Users are reminded in the documents application of all documents they are editing, with a one click option to cancel editing or check back in.
