Documents contains tools to assist with loading of data from the company network, and a comprehensive documents administration panel that allows documents administrators to maintain the system without any support from the IT department or Claromentis staff.
Source and destination folders are specified, with sub folders automatically included and created as required.
Filters specify date ranges to help to clean up data, and file types used to further filter the import process.
Reports are then generated so that files can be reviewed and on confirmation automatically imported and indexed by Claromentis.
Scanned documents can also be imported and routed as part of the ongoing use of the system.
Claromentis provides a comprehesive import function for data loading from shared drives and other locations in the corporate file system.
