Documents, like all Claromentis applications, contains a comprehensive administrative section where users can control the application and administer the documents. These users are trained by Claromentis staff, and need no IT skill at all.
Essential functionality from the document panel is extensive, and includes :
• Access to detailed administration and statistics : 
• Document clean up
• Metadata creation: 
• Review of all currently checked out documents
• Ability to force the cancellation of editing
• Template creation
• Repository control for actual distributed location of documents in the file systems
• Control of a comprehensive list of Records Management Functionality such as classes, parts, records, markers, record types, multi component documents, security levels, MD5 hashing, encryption and schedules and name patterns.
