Claromentis CRM contains a full product catalogue to populate opportunity line items and to drive reporting as needed.
Products are divided into categories and sub categories as needed.
If required users, normally extranet users, can record orders directly into the CRM system. In this way key customers have their own direct web based ordering system.
Maintenance of the catalogue and products is permission based.
