
Claromentis CRM contains comprehensive Opportunity Management functionality.
The configuration file defines opportunity stages and revenue risk for pipeline management to precisely suit your company methodologies. Administration then sets permissions on how far an opportunity can be moved forwards and backwards from any stage.
All opportunities are assigned a lead, as well as an opportunity team.
My Dashboard is the landing page for all CRM users. From here you see the tasks and opportunities in an attractive format over a defined date range – for example in the next 30 days, till the end of the quarter. This enables you to plan workloads efficiently.

Each opportunity can be assigned tasks, alerts and activities – all notified to the user through the messaging system of Claromentis or by email – whichever suits each individual user.
Efficiency analysis reports on how long opportunities are spending in each stage – identifying process bottlenecks and possible areas for improvements.
Opportunities can be defined in any currency, with reports rolling into the required currency using corporate exchange rates defined in the CRM administration panel.
Email and Print templates enable fast communication with opportunities – for example quotations, a range of standard follow ups. These are used in either print or email mode, all communications are stored against the opportunity for review as needed.
