Project and Territory Management

 

Permissions and access to data are controlled with a unique combination of two hierarchical structures maintained by Claromentis. These relate to Territories and Projects. In this way a senior manager with responsibility across multiple business lines in multiple locations will automatically be able to review and work with relevant data and forecasts, just by logging into the system.

 

In the same way a country manager will only see data and projections relevant to his area of responsibility. A business line manager will receive his own view of how products and services relating to his responsibility are performing across territories.

 

In more technical terms it is the intersecting space of these two hierarchical trees that determine, automatically, the data you will have included in your reports and for review of documents and other data. This is a completely scaleable solution for CRM permissions.

 

In defining a project totally separate customisable metadata can be defined. This enables for example management of both vendors and clients in the same integrated CRM solution. Companies in the Vendors project will have metadata such as last audit, next review date, services provided. Companies in the client project will have different data relevant to the sales team stored against them.
