Claromentis CRM contains a comprehensive alerts and notification system to remind users of activities that need to be completed to move opportunities along the sales cycle.
These alerts and reminders can be made available through the standard IM system or by email if the users are infrequent users of the system. They can be easily rescheduled, completed or other tasks can be scheduled in association with that opportunity.
They can take the form of simple alerts – reminders – or as events with attendees with comprehensive permissions.
