The Holiday Planner

Many companies have their own holiday types, for example a 'kick off' day or company training days. Holiday planner allows you to create holiday types to suit the needs of the company.

Many companies are now global and have different zones in which to provide holidays. Holiday Planner allows you to define these  zones for specific groups of users, for example the US and UK bank holidays are very different.

Different Departments have different holiday approvers, these can be defined for each group including a substitute manager.

Sickness is a hard process to manage, but in Holiday Planner you can record a users sickness and if used with Business Information Manager, you can provide an integrated self certification mechanism for all your users.

The system allows for staff to have varying ranges of holiday allocation according to the group plus the ability to carry allocation over if allowed.
