Publish Approval
As part of publishing workflow, People who has right to publish will be notified when a new page or amended page has become available and ready for approval process before the page goes live on the server. It streamlines the publishing process, allowing many editors to simultaneously contribute content to the system and avoiding bottle neck.

In Publish, the page can be edited or created before hand, which then can be setup ready for publishing and specific date and time. This functionality allows editors to construct new piece of information, which will be ready on time. The page also can be set to be expired after period of time, and the previous version will be displayed.
