Dashboard

Claromentis contains a complete application for graphing any accessible data store and presenting this data to any permissioned set of users within the intranet, extranet or website.

These graphs can be of

• Claromentis data as normally delivered within a Claromentis application.
For example CRM forecasts are provided using dashboards and their appearance ( graph type, colours ) are completely controllable in the dashboard administration.

• Claromentis data as required for bespoke reasons within each client. For example particular types of Audit logs might be required in graphical format to understand trends in intranet usage.

• Data that is nothing to do with the Claromentis data model itself, but is accessible using CSV or SQL interfaces to the Claromentis server.

These can be commonly :

o Key Financial Data
o Key performance indicators
o HR data such as staff numbers and changes by department, compensation summaries

• The data could be completely bespoke, such as one of the graphs on the Claromentis Intranet is a graph of the new demonstration log ins by country :
